La pelota bien. Es un poco blanda para usarla de GYM, no es como bosu. Peso 74 kg. Pero para hacer apollos, abdominales, o sentarse bien. Trae 2 tapones, perfecto por si pierdes uno. Para el precio que tiene esta bien, uso domestico y demás.
